A bit sad to say goodbye but I am very enthusiastic to return home. I am so grateful to my mission President Scott Naatjes and his wife Jodi Naatjes and appreciate their help. I am so glad I did as I was commanded to do and can return to my home in peace and feel pleased with my service. Traveled to Amsterdam then on to Salt Lake City. I had a 4 hour lay over then then on to Cedar arriving at 6:35p.m.

GOOD-BYE = Bitter/Sweet December 16, 2020
Good bye to Elder Gonder, and Beaten. I left Tubingen on the train and headed to mission home in Munich on Thursday December 16. Had a dinner, testimony meeting, and last fun times together. I will really miss Elder Gallacher. I then went to Munich for a very short sleep in a motel by the airport and my flight left at 7:00 a.m.on Friday December 17. My shuttle from the motel picked me up at 4:45a.m
Don't like my double chin.
Happy to get home and start going to the gym.

COUNT DOWN - 1 week left December 10,2022 Stuttgart Germany
I purchased a whole lot of chocolate. I'm going to ship it back to the states with the help of a member who is on the military base, shipping cheaper. I hope to share with everyone at home. Elder Gunder, and Beeten and I are doing well. We went to Stuttgart and visited Mercedes-Benz Museum. We have a member that is mentally challenged but he asked us to come and visit him often. In this picture he is wearing my overcoat and I am saying my last goodbyes.
